Police Department Defends Cop Who Brutally Beat 14 Year Old Black Kid For Buying Tobacco

 The Rancho Cordova Police Department have decided to support and defend the excessive force used by a cop who was caught on camera thrashing and punching a 14-year-old Elijah Tufono.  A pig named Tess Deterding issued a statement on Tuesday defending the officer’s behavior and implied that the young boy deserved to be assaulted.  Tufono says the incident happened when he asked a stranger to buy a cigar for him and Officer Brian Fowell allegedly observed this.   “He’s on top of me and it looks like he’s about to hit me. Like, I’m reacting like any other normal human being would,” Tufono said. “ It could’ve been better on both of our parts in this situation. ”  He said he handed over the tobacco when the officer asked for it and admits he became confrontational because he was afraid. “I did lie to him and I didn’t cooperate, and I know that and I made that mistake.
